Mr. Crouch has been practicing law in the Dallas area since 1993. He has spent the majority of that time as a litigator, focused on resolving a wide variety of disputes in many different industries and practice areas, including banking, corporate, insurance, intellectual property, probate, real estate, securities, technology, and trusts/estates.
More recently, Mr. Crouch has focused his practice on trust, estate and probate litigation as well as contested guardianship matters. He has also broadened his practice to include Medicaid and Veterans Administration benefits planning in both the crisis and proactive contexts. Mr. Crouch is a qualified mediator, is certified to serve as a mediator, an attorney/guardian ad litem, and is accredited by the Veteran’s Administration.
Mr. Crouch has been a Frisco, Texas resident since 1993. He is married and is the proud father of boy-girl twins and their younger sister. He attends Redemption Church in Frisco and is a member of the Worship Team. Mr. Crouch is a life-long musician/vocalist and can be found on many weekends playing bass in a local cover band.
