Morgan C. Gill graduated from Texas Tech University in 2015, with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Legal Studies. Upon finishing her undergraduate studies, she attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, TX where she earned a Juris Doctor in May 2018. During her Undergraduate and Legal Studies, she was a member of the Texans for Greg Abbott Grassroots Team, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and an officer of the Women’s Law Society.
Morgan’s interest in Estate Planning began before attending Law School. Growing up in a family that valued the importance of financial and family planning, she understood at an early age the value of protecting assets and planning for the future. Law school gave her the opportunity to enroll in preliminary Estate Planning courses, where she became confident that this would be the area of practice she pursued. The experience in these classes led her to realize that Estate Planning and Elder Law were often overlooked and undervalued. She enrolled in several Estate Planning Pro-Bono clinics provided by the Law School, including Guardianship. Morgan found a passion for helping others. This area of practice allows her to help those who may not have the ability to help themselves and assist in legacy planning for families.
Morgan is Guardianship Certified and a Certified Mediator. Morgan is the head of the Asset Alignment Department, where she assists clients with the transfer of assets into their estate plan. Morgan started her career with Haiman Hogue, PLLC in September of 2018. She is proud to work for a firm whose foundation is built on solid integrity and providing the very best estate and family protection plans for those living in North Texas. Morgan lives in Celina, Texas along with her husband, Colton, and their French Bulldog, Levi.
